Moisture Probe
Moisture probing is a simple diagnostic used on areas of your roof identified as potentially leaking. Once we've marked the areas with survey paint, we'll plot on a CAD drawing the effective execution for repairs, testing those areas with a moisture probe.
The process is as follows:
- On cutting out a small core of the roof area, a moisture probe will be inserted to test the moisture within the roof area.
- The same process will be completed to a number of random areas across the roof covering.
- Defective roof areas will be marked on the roof's surface with survey paint and plotted on a CAD drawing in preparation for repairs.
